Melanie explains what it means to eat sustainably, why it is better for our health and what happens when we don’t. She gave us some great tips on what to look out for when shopping and explains that eating sustainably doesn’t mean you need to spend more money. In fact you may spend even less and help the planet and your body while you’re at it.
