It was a perfect day to visit IRIS – the largest Hong Kong yoga and wellness festival. Apart from getting together with fellow yogis and starting off the day with a good stretch out and a few sun salutations, I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the variety of stalls selling everything from unique nut butters (hazelnut, almond and chocolate my fave!) to cool yoga active wear.
The festival was sponsored by IRIS and Biotherm and held at the West Kowloon Waterfront Promenade in Kowloon.
