Clinical Nutritionist Craig Burton clears the confusion on protein powders. Good or Bad? Craig answers the questions:
- How much protein do we need?
- Do we need protein powders?
- What should I look out for in a protein powder?
- What about collagen and bone broth?
- What’s better? Whey or vegan protein powder?
I am so excited to introduce you to Craig, because we have been working together ever since I held my first health retreat in Phuket, Thailand.
I have brought him some really tough client cases where he has been able to see what even their doctors at home cannot see to transform their health and ultimately their lives. And I am sure he is going to tell you something today that you may have never heard before.
