About Zora
I am a gerontologist and biohacker. I look at the biological, sociological and psychological perspectives of aging across the lifespan around the globe. FAQs
How long is the course?
Each cohort starts together on the 1st of the month and the program lasts 4 weeks until the 28th of the month.
What is the course structure?
Participants can start reading the new lessons on Sundays from 12:00 am. Each module has between 10 – 20 videos of 5 – 30 min each. Take notes during your lecture.
Send your questions in advance to Zora for her to answer during the Q&A, which are held on Sundays.
Questions may also be asked live on the spot, but it is best to send them in advance for the best use of time and respect for the other participants.
Each module includes pdf cheat sheets and homework to keep you informed, on track, and monitor your progress.
Is there homework?
Yes, but don’t be scared. It won’t take you long and it is necessary to keep you motivated and help you progress.
What is the time commitment?
Each week is between 1 – 2 hours of content. You will also have1 hour of live Q & A opportunities with me. If you cannot attend the live Q & A sessions, you will receive the recorded Zoom session to replay at your convenience.
How long will I have access to the program?
You will have access for a lifetime, however I recommend you download the supplemental material for easy access from your computer.
I’m not free for the live meetings. What do I do?
