I’m a gerontologist, and host of the menopause podcast Hack My Age made for women in midlife to transform their menopause journey using science-backed strategies that honor their hormones while protecting their future selves.

I’ve spent over 20 years in the wellness world studying aging and longevity, but hitting perimenopause gave me a personal interest in optimizing menopause to protect our future selves. In 2023, I became debilitated with hip osteoarthritis. Through my incredible network of regenerative medicine and longevity experts along with my own knowledge, I not only delayed hip surgery by 8 years, but built (not lost!) muscle during two years of limited mobility. I went into two hip surgeries with the best muscle mass of my life despite my limitations.
