Are you living with joint pain and wondering if exercise is actually making it worse? Or maybe you’ve been told you have osteoarthritis and you’re not sure what to try, what to skip, and what’s just really expensive hope in a syringe?
We cover:
Why osteoarthritis is not a wear and tear disease anymore
How the loss of estrogen at menopause drives joint pain in ways most doctors don’t fully address
What the research actually says about PRP, steroid injections, hyaluronic acid, and supplements (some of this will surprise you)
Which exercises are most effective for osteoarthritis
The role your mindset and pain perception play in how much you actually hurt
