You will also learn about what’s in food that gives it the potential to improve our health and how to recognize which types of foods are essential for health and wellbeing.

We show you how you can still be social, while sticking to your new routine, and at the same time give our tips to how you deal with questions and negative comments. Discover our 10 secret hacks we use when eating out to keep our telomeres long and DNA protected. Understand how to keep our meals balanced, which types of restaurants to choose and how to “translate” a menu to hack your age and stay on track with your weight management goals.
  4. SKIN AND THE CITY – Understand how city pollution affects aging skin. Learn which ingredients in our personal care are causing accelerated aging and how to reduce these toxins. HOLISTIC HEALTH WHEEL WORKSHOP –  My job as a holistic nutritionist, isn’t just to look at my clients food intake, but also to help them understand and manage all the other factors in their life which may have a major impact on health and overall wellbeing. That’s why I created the Holistic health wheel.  I use this tool a lot with clients in assessing current health needs and creating a roadmap for healing.  When one part of the wheel is weakened, the whole wheel can feel wobbly. What my clients like about using the wheel is that it makes them aware of what area/areas of their life, they really need to focus on, as well as allows them to feel more in the driver’s seat of their healthcare plan and stay focused on specific goals of self-awareness.
  6. KITCHEN DETOX TO REVERSE AGING – I will share with you my tips and tricks to get the kitchen in the right order and how to replace (or simply enhance) your favorite meals. I am not one to demonize foods or food groups and prefer to find a way to include our favorite dishes into our lives and our kitchens without compromising our healthspan and/or body composition.
